The location of the unit is perfect. I chose it because I didn't want to spend hours of my family vacation waiting on the elevator. The high ceilings give the place an even larger feel. The supplies in the kitchen were sparse. You should check the unit before your next guest. Should have a minimum of 2 baking sheets, 2 dish cloths, etc.

We stayed at this house for a week and loved our time here. We are a family of 6 and the house was more than big enough for all of us. The house was clean and ready for our arrival. Our favorite thing about the house was the 6 seater golf cart! Definitely came in handy in terms of getting to the beach which was a short 3 minute drive. I HIGHLY recommend this house!

This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome has plenty of room for a family to spread out. The unit was clean upon my arrival and while it's starting to show it's age, there was new living room furniture and updated appliances in the kitchen, and a new washing machine. The pictures of the townhome on the website were accurate. Having a garage to keep the golf cart in was a plus. Being in a gated neighborhood added a second level of security. The community pool is very close by and it's only a 3 minute golf cart ride to the beach. The property managers were very responsive to the small maintanence requests I had during the 3 months I was there. One downside was not having much of a view. The property was surrounded by trees in the back. I would recommend both this property and Platinum Vacations.

We really enjoyed our stay at 5403 Tivoli Terrace. The house was the perfect size and we loved having the garage and the amazing golf cart - probably the kids favorite part of the whole trip! Having the golf cart made going to the beach SO much easier and fun at the same time.

The pictures on the website don't entirely match up with what's in the house as things are being updated (so that's a good thing). That is my only piece of feedback on the house is keep updating things :) The bathrooms were the main places that need it but other than that we had a great time. And Platinum services was great, always willing to help and responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely go back and stay here again.

House was very nice. Place was clean upon arrival. We had plenty of room for our group. The golf cart that was included played a huge role. Made getting our group of 8 and all our equipment to the beach very very handy. Plus, just cruising the resort complex was fun. All in all, we were very happy with our stay at Tivoli Terrace and would definitely book again!

this is our second time to stay in this rental. It is a great place to stay and very close to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we are in Sandestin. We had a couple thing we needed help with for the home but PVofD was on top of it and helped us out quickly. Since I do a lot of cooking, there were a couple thing I would have liked to have had, but we managed just fine. It is a great home with updates happening.

if you need space this is it! Very large bedrooms! The kitchen was great and golf cart makes getting around easy. The only space that was not what we expected was the area with the pullout sofa. We thought it was in a room or area that was private but it is actually in a hallway area. It worked for us, just wasn’t as private as we thought it would be from the pictures.

This place was adorable and but not in the small way. It was perfect for my family with kids. We instantly fell in love. There were something wrong with the master bedroom ac and the office worked quickly and diligently to get it fixed. Great people to rent from. We will do it again for years to come!!

Our stay was great with the exception of a few bugs in the house. This was our second year staying at this location.

This villa stays so booked that we have to wait till the slow season before we can make upgrades. These owners are very accommodating . So much that we had a complaint that the master bedroom was not getting enough cool air. We problem solved, they purchased an entire new a.c. sophisticated wall mount unit just for the master bedroom alone. Guest will never have an issue again with circulation. We have also treated the unit for any insects that are typical for our Tropical area so all is good in that department as well. We took a short family vacation at the end of summer to relax after my older daughter's wedding. Me, my husband, my brother, my mother and my 16 year daughter stayed at the condo. It was just as pictured online. We really enjoyed the fact there were 3 full bedrooms and baths. Everything was clean. Having the kitchen and washer and dryer was awesome for a family. We used the pool which was within walking distance each evening. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay again.
