This place is right on the beach and next to two pools. Updated floors (no carpet in the living room like it shows in the picture) No beach chairs in unit which I feel like would be an added bonus. Other than that, nearly perfect place for the price. We didn’t use the tram but free tram passes available to get around the resort. We had a minor issue and we called to get it fixed and they came to fix it that day. Would definitely recommend ☺️

We stayed at 4344 Beachside two for 4 nights. Weather was perfect and the unit was in good shape. On the 2nd night however, our Air Conditioning stopped working. I sent an email to management around midnight, and received a reply before 6am that they would have a technician out to fix it that addition to that, they refunded us for that night! Platinum vacations was able to turn a potential nightmare into a positive for us in less than 8 hours. We will definitely be staying again in the future!

We love Platinum Vacations and will use them again. This particular unit, however, was not up to our expectations. The hot water heater (or AC unit) had a continuous loud water churning noise for our entire stay. The unit also was not as welcoming as others we've stayed in over the past dozen years. The owners seem focused on rental income and returns as there was minimal cleaning supplies, toiletries, etc., and the condition of the unit was definitely dated. While not the best review, we did have a great time and plan on visiting Sandestin for the next 30 years!

We really enjoyed our time in this condo. The location right on the beach was fantastic and the unit was very clean. No problems at all while we were there. We will stay there again! All that being said I was very frustrated trying to get in touch with the management company about my reservation. I completely understand that the quarantine presented a lot of challenges but quite frequently I was not able to get through to a human. Other than that, it was a great experience.

We had zero complaints!! The balcony had a table and chairs where we got to enjoy with the view! We will definitely be booking this place in the future. Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances with clean dishes. The pool area was fun and very cool! There’s a boarded walk to the beach with easy access. This condo sits right on the beach so you can’t ask for anything better!! Thanks for allowing us to stay!

The condo is small but quaint and very comfortable with the sounds and scents of the gulf right outside the sliding glass door from the comfortable king bed...just what I was looking for. This place was perfect for the get away that my husband and I needed. Everything you need in one cute little condo on the beach. We cooked dinner at “home” a few nights and even used the grills downstairs for steaks. The view is spectacular and space was very clean. We really enjoyed our time here!

I will let our housekeeping staff know how pleased you were with the cleaning. They work hard to try and make everything just perfect for our guest. In the future , if you have an issue with a mattress just give us a call. We would have delivered a mattress topper so the mattress would sleep softer. Property was clean and roomy. The 1 bedroom had a small twin bed and chest of drawers, but not room for anything else. The King bed was in the living room area right by the sliding glass doors. Perfect location to wake up to and look right out onto the beach. Overlooked the tiki hut and beachside bar which was fun.

It was rough around the edges. There were a lot of hairs on the floors, stain on the sheets, and a lot of rust around windows/etc. However; we weren't in the room that much and it was a GREAT location! The view from the balcony is amazing! The rental group is easy to work with.

My husband and I had a wonderful Anniversary vacation! We did not want to leave, everything was as expected. Upon arrival, we had a bucket and shovel with maps and candy in it - we loved that! Our only complaint was that the bed was hard, but it was right next to the balcony so we had the wonderful sound of the ocean as we fell asleep. It was just a short trip out to the beach and to the parking lot so we did not have to walk very far at all. My husband and I had a wonderful Anniversary vacation! We did not want to leave, everything was as expected. Upon arrival, we had a bucket and shovel with maps and candy in it - we loved that! The grounds were nice, the room was clean, we had everything we needed. Only a couple of notable problems with the rental property. First, there were no beach chairs or an umbrella. We had to buy some and then left them there because it's too expensive to bring them back on the plane. Also, the kitchen was ill equipped. No storage bowls or pots and pans to cook with. No bottle/wine openers. Carpet was dirty.

Beach charis are not included with this rental, however, they are available to rent daily through the Sandestin Beach Service. A beach attendant can be found on the beach daily to reserve chairs/umbrella for just 1 day or your entire stay. If you found that there was not an ample amount of pots and pans, we would have gladly brought you some, same with a wine opener. In the future, if you feel you are missing any items, please reach out to us and we are more than happy to help.

Everything from start to finish was fantastic. It started with our agent (Jenny) the continued communications on what to expect when we arrived, codes, and even the early check in. Condo was just like the pictures and beach access was immediate.

We were able to secure our stay here without any difficulty and were provided with clear instructions on what to do at check in. The access code instead of a key was so convenient! The view was stunning. Every morning we were able to see how crowded the beach was, what the tide looked like, and determine when we should bring down our chairs and umbrella to claim our spot on the beach. We loved the location of our rental. However, we were a bit disappointed with the room somewhat. Two of the lamps wouldn't work in the living, the glass top table in the foyer is just asking to get broken and should just be removed, and the while place didn't seem that clean. There were smudges on glass here and there. Dishes and pans were not completely clean. The setup of furniture seemed crammed and stuffy.

Enjoyed several nights sitting out on balcony and enjoying the roar of the ocean and white sandy beach. This was my first visit to Destin and was very impressed. Owner was very pleasant and helpful with any concerns we had. Our favorite restaurants were Harry T's and Fudpucker's. I would highly recommend this rental.
